139th Maintenance Group recognized as Outstanding again

ST. JOSEPH, Mo. - The 139th Airlift Wing's Aircraft Maintenance Group was recognized again today as an outstanding organization by an Air National Guard Inspection team. The Group received an Air Force Logistics Compliance Assessment Program inspection which evaluates how maintenance personnel perform their job and if they are complying with regulations'.
The 139th Aircraft Maintenance Group was rated as "Outstanding" by the inspection team, the highest rating that can be given for the inspection. This is the second time the Maintenance Group has received an outstanding rating on an inspection. In October 2008, they were recognized by the Air Force Inspector General team as an outstanding organization for the unit's Operational Readiness Inspection.
Twenty-eight maintenance personnel were recognized by the inspection team for their knowledge, expertise and dedication to duty.
