(VIDEO) 1140th Engineer Battalion supports flood relief operations

As the Missouri National Guard continues to work in support of emergency flood operations, Citizen-Soldiers come from all over the state to help their neighbors as flood waters threatened southeast Missouri communities. Local resident affected by the flood, Bobby Carter, of East Prairie, Mo., says the National Guard has been helpful. The Commander of Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 1140th Engineer Battalion, Capt. Juan Valencia, shares his unit's support of flood relief operations. Spc. Adam Winters, a broadcast specialist with the Missouri National Guard, 70th Mobile Public Affairs Detachment, has the story.
