 The State Family Program Office is here to help our Family members understand and enjoy their role in the Guard. Involvement in the Guard increases the sense of pride and community in Guard Families. The overall intent of the Family Program is two fold: To improve the quality of life for Missouri National Guard men and women and enhance Service Members readiness and retention.

Operation READY Training

Beginning in training year 2008, the State Family Program Office will be making it easier for Family Readiness Groups to receive the "Nuts-and-Bolts" training known as Operation READY.
Whether you are a Family Readiness Group leader, the unit commander, or just a Family member looking to learn more about the Family Readiness Group at your unit, Operation READY can provide valuable information for you.
