5th Ordnance Training Battalion, Jefferson City, Missouri

 
REPORTING INFORMATION  You should report to the RTS-Maint NLT 1500 hours on the report date of the class.  The RTS-Maint is the first building on the right just past the Information Center at the Ike Skelton Training Site, Jefferson City, Missouri.
REQUIREMENTS
If you are attending a Phase II or above( MOSQ or NCOES) course, you must have a copy of your DA Form 1059 showing completion of previous phase. 

Soldiers attending an NCOES courses must provide a copy of DA Form 705 showing passing score within the last 12 months (USAR and ACTIVE DUTY SOLDIERS WITHIN 6 MONTHS).  During the final phase of any NCOES course an APFT will be administered  within 72 hrs of reporting date.

Soldiers with a P3 (one or more medical conditions which require significant limitation of military duty) or P4 (one or more medical conditions of such severity as to drastically limit military duty) profile  must provide their military medical review board (MMRB) results along with their profile (DA 3349). Profile must be signed by unit commander .

TRANSPORTATION
EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY THERE IS NO GROUND TRANSPORTATION AVAILABLE FROM ST. LOUIS TO JEFFERSON CITY, MO.   Students should make arrangements to fly into the Columbia/Jefferson City Airport. 

Students should coordinate through their state or Command to obtain rental car with in and around mileage.   - Students who terminate their flight at St Louis or Kansas City  International Airport must make ground transportation arrangements into Jefferson City.

UNIFORM AND APPEARANCE  Military bearing and appearance will conform to the requirements of AR 670-1 and 600-20, with special emphasis on hair cuts and uniforms. The duty uniform is ACUs with beret.

QUARTERS AND MEALS 

Government quarters are available at no  cost   to the soldier.  For soldiers attending MOSQ and ASI courses.   Effective immediately All BNCOC and ANCOC students will stay in semiprivate rooms. Room rate is $11.00 per night.  (Government Credit Card is accepted) Government meals are not available.

 If the soldiers orders do not reflect "Government Meals Not Available"

the orders will be stamped with a statement of non-availability control number for meals. 

    SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:  BNCOC  & ANCOC STUDENTS: 

ALL STUDENTS ATTENDING THE        FINAL PHASE OF NCOES COURSE WILL BRING: TA 50 GEAR:  WEB BELT WITH CANTEEN AND FIRST AID KIT,  KEVLAR, WET WEATHER GEAR/COLD WEATHER     GEAR.  ALL STUDENTS ATTENDING     THE FINAL PHASE OF BNCOC OR    ANCOC COURSES ARE REQUIRED TO TAKE AND PASS AN ARMY PHYSICAL FITNESS TEST (APFT)
