Text Box: The 2nd GS Battalion, commanded by LTC Ryon Richmond, includes the OCS Bravo Company and WOCS Charlie Company, commanded by MAJ Mcdonald Brand. The OCS Company's mission is to provide qualified new lieutenants for the Missouri Army National guard (MOARNG).  The MOARNG OCS parallels the Program of Instruction (POI) conducted by the active army program at Ft. Benning, GA, requiring strict discipline, academic excellence, and leadership development. The WOCS mission is to help train and prepare qualified Soldiers to become new Warrant Officers in the Missouri Army National Guard.  The Phase II, IDT (Inactive Duty Training) weekends are patterned and parallel the Program of Instruction (POI) conducted at the WOCS at Ft.
