Army Aviation Support Facility #1 Whiteman AFB (Knob Knoster, MO)
1st Battalion, 135th Aviation (ATTACK) operates AH-64 Apache helicopters. 1-135 AVN is comprised of Headquarters and Headquarters Company, Company A, Company B, Company C, Company D, and Detachment1, Company E. They are commanded by LTC Thomas Burson and CSM Rick Miller. Their state higher headquarters is the 20th Combat Aviation Brigade that is located in Sedalia, MO.
