      My Biz/My Workplace

"My Biz and associated web pages are web-based tools created by the Department of Defense (DoD) as part of the Defense Civilian Personnel Data System (DCPDS) to allow DoD personnel access to and management of their individual personnel records.  The DoD MyBiz and associated tools can be accessed only by authorized DoD personnel within a .mil network.  The DoD MyBiz tool has no association with any private or other enterprise using "MyBiz" in whole or in part as a title or logo."    

Electronic Distribution of Standard Forms SF50's 

Instructions for Accessing My Biz/My Workplace and Printing Standard Forms SF50's 

 Effective 1 December 2009 the Human Resource Office will no longer be mailing or distributing SF-50, Notification of Personnel Action.  When a personnel action is processed and an SF50 is populated in My Biz/My Workplace, an email will be sent to the first line supervisor to inform them the SF50 is available.  The supervisor is required to notify the technician about the personnel action.  Both the technician and the supervisor must go to My Biz/My Workplace at  https://compo.dcpds.cpms.osd.mil to view, print or annotate the personnel action on the NGB Form 904-1 Personnel Record.
