OCS - Officer Candidate School
OCS Mission
The mission of the Officer Candidate School is to train, educate and commission officers in order to provide the Army with leaders of character who live 
by the "Warrior Ethos" and "Army Values".
The OCS Company's mission is to provide qualified new lieutenants for the Missouri Army National guard (MOARNG). The MOARNG OCS parallels the Program of Instruction (POI) conducted by the active army program at Ft. Benning, GA, requiring strict discipline, academic excellence, and leadership development.
