Operational Fitness Trainers Course 12-16 September 2011, Ft. Hood, TX
SGT Garton (UFRC, 2175th MP CO) and I attended the OFTC last week. The course was outstanding and I got some great ideas for the Warrior Spirit and UFRC courses, as well as for personal and unit fitness in garrison and deployed environments. The instructors were very knowledgeable and the facilities were top notch. |
