Sexual assault will not be tolerated within the Missouri National Guard. Sexual assault has a detrimental and lasting effect on the victim that impacts unit cohesion and morale."

Through the Missouri National Guard Sexual Assault Prevention and Response Program, we may be able to assist you with related medical bills, help you find counseling, provide referral's to other agencies as needed and help you through our advocacy services. While we encourage you to report all crimes, we understand that you may wish to have your case remain confidential.
