Women’s Mentorship Council

Mission

To recruit, train, develop, and retain female Soldiers while creating a more transparent organization. Form a network of influential leaders, at all levels of command, who serve in important organizational roles. These leaders must be willing to invest time and resources into retaining our females through the midgrade ranks, so they have the opportunity to compete for leadership positions.
